GROUP RATES

Groups must be booked 48 hours in advance to receive discounted rates!

  • 50% deposit required for reservations.

  • Payment is due day of event.

  • Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted.

Arrangements for private parties can be made in the spring and fall during off season hours for groups of 50 or more. For party and event catering at Adventure Sports, we recommend: JDK Catering, Hresko’s Bar-B-Q Pit, and Mangia Mangia Italian Grill.

Corporate Events

Need a unique place for a corporate event? We can handle groups from 20 – 350!

Build camaraderie with friendly competition. With built-in squirt guns you can soak your supervisor on the bumper boats, compete with co-workers for first place on the go-karts, show off your putting skills on the mini golf course, or hit a home run in the batting cages. Have a board meeting, not a bored meeting. Our Outdoor Laser Tag provides the perfect venue for team building activities. Other attractions add to the experience. An indoor meeting space and an outdoor pavilion provide the perfect space to have a meeting or a picnic. A list of suggested caterers can be provided.

Customized packages are available to help create a memorable day. Private corporate event parties can be arranged for groups of 50 – 350 during the pre- and post-season. Call us today as the calendar fills up early in the year!

GROUP WristBand

  • 2 Hour Wristband

  • $1,400 for up to 40 guests + $30 per additional guest (Price based on paying participants).

  • Up to two hours of unlimited Miniature Golf, Unlimited Go-Karts, Unlimited Bumper Boats

  • Go-kart drivers must be at least 58″ tall and 10 years old. Passengers must be at least 40” tall. All passengers must ride with an adult 18 years or older with valid ID. Qualified drivers cannot be passengers. Bumper boat drivers must be at least 44″ tall. Passengers must be at least 40” tall. All passengers must ride with an adult 18 years or older with valid ID. Qualified drivers cannot be passengers.
  • 50% deposit required for Wristband reservations. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted.

Miniature Golf

Group Rates – minimum of 20 guests

  • 1 round of Miniature Golf (18 holes)

    • $180 for up to 20 guests + $8.00 per additional guest

Batting Cages

Group Rates

  • Cage Rental – 30 minutes

    • $30.00 per batting cage (one cage, one speed for entire time)

  • Cage Rental – 1 hour

    • $45.00 per batting cage (one cage, one speed for entire time)

  • Batters must be at least 9 years old or in a pitching little league program.

Bumper Boats

Group Rates – minimum of 20 guests

  • 1 round of Bumper Boats (5 min. ride)

    • $180 for up to 20 guests + $8.00 per additional guest
  • Bumper Boat drivers must be at least 44″ tall. Passengers must be at least 40” tall. All passengers must ride with an adult 18 years or older with valid ID. Qualified drivers cannot be passengers.

Go-Karts

  • 1 round of Go-Karts (5 min. ride)

    • $180 for up to 20 guests + $8.00 per additional guest

Hourly Sessions

    • $200 for up to 10 guests + $20 per additional guest (not exclusive)

  • One 15 minute Outdoor Laser Tag session

    • $180 for up to 20 guests + $8.00 per additional guest (not exclusive)

  • Call for off-season sessions and rates

    • Players must be at least 6 years old or older
    • Closed toe shoes required
    • 50% deposit required for Outdoor Laser Tag reservations
    • Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted

BUS TOURS

We Welcome Tour Buses and Motor Coaches!

Call ahead to arrange the use of our pavilion, which accommodates up to 140 guests. We have plenty of parking for buses. If you operate a motor coach business, Adventure Sports in Hershey is a great choice for a planned stop on your way to or from other Hershey and Harrisburg attractions. Stop for an ice cream or a quick refreshment, or spend a few fun filled hours at mini golf, swinging in the batting cages, racing in the go-karts, or cooling off in the bumper boats.

Picnic Pavilion

RENTAL

Group Rates

  • $100 per hour
  • Pavilion seats up to 140 guests.
  • Pavilion rental includes use of electricity and propane grills. Outside beverages not permitted.

Clubhouse

Package

  • Use of entire room for up to 2 hours (seats 80 guests)

    • $2,800 + $90 per additional hour

  • Use of half the room for up to 2 hours (seats 40 guests)

    • $1,400 + $45 per additional hour
  • Clubhouse rental includes the use of TV’s and Wi-Fi

  • Clubhouse package includes:

    • Catered meal
    • Unlimited Fountain Soda
